Vinh Van Lam

Vinh is an entrepreneur, company director, and business advisor with direct, real world experience and a practical hands on approach to running multiple business enterprises together with over 20 years experience and networks across retail, fashion & design, tourism & hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services.

Vinh has worked with companies such as Grace Bros, BankWest and St.George Bank.

Vinh is actively engaged in the design community and is a Director of Chris Chun Design and a Partner at AVL Designs.

Vinh is the Managing Director of Quantum Compass Pty Ltd. Vinh is also a Director of City West Financial Services Limited (Bendigo Bank Pyrmont, NSW).


Stuart Horrex

Stuart Horrex works to create enterprises that sustain.
Sustain socially… Sustain environmentally… Sustain financially.

As a manager at the Eastern Suburbs Business Enterprise Centre Stuart provided mentoring, business advisory, accredited training, and networking opportunities to both new-start and established small business owners, and Stuart has mentored 100s of new start entrepreneurs via the Australian Federal Government’s New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS).

Stuart now also coaches and mentors Social Entrepreneurs, most recently with the SSE & BT Social Entrepreneur Incubator program organised by the School for Social Entrepreneurs Australia.

As an ex bank manager currently working in financial services as a Learning & Development Facilitator across the nation with one of the world’s leading financial institutions, Stuart has a deep personal interest in coworking & collaborative communities, small business, social enterprise and innovation, 1st world micro-finance, P2P lending & lending circles, crowd funding, and impact investing.

Founded by Vinh Van Lam and Stuart Horrex, Quantum Compass has been operating as a Sydney based boutique coaching practice that assists business owners and social entrepreneurs as well as providing business advisory, mentoring, and coaching to new start enterprises for over a decade.


Craig Ankers
CoSydney – Centre Manager

Craig brings his many years of hospitality and customer service skills to CoSydney CoWorking + Project Space.

As the Centre Manager  Craig is responsible for all aspects of your experience at our Sydney venture:

• Coworking spaces,
• CoSydney’s member lunch service,
• Meetings, events, and catering,
• ArtSHINE Gallery, and
• ArtSHINE Coffee House.

As well as managing the day to day operations at the ArtSHINE Gallery, CoSydney CoWorking + Project Space, and ArtSHINE’s Coffee House, Craig is a skilled and passionate Barista who will often be found behind the coffee machines.

Mickie brings her many years experience as an art curator, PR  and customer service skills to ArtSHINE industries.

As the National Manager – Strategic Partnership  Mickie is responsible for all aspects of partnership and collaboration with our community  & Partners:

• Increase the exposure of ArtSHINE industries & our partners in the Creative industries
• Looking for complementary relationship with companies where both sides see rewards.
• Proactive research, identify and approach prospective organisations that have the potential to     become partners wth ArtSHINE.
• Assist with the development of events and activities to further relationships with prospective and exisitng partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders both internally and externally while delivering a high level of customer service


Kenji Dog
CoSydney – Site Supervisor & Gallery Dog

Nearing the end of his career, Kenji Dog has 13 years of experience as an avid observer and accomplished day-time snoozer.

Overseeing the entire enterprise, and with his paws into every aspect of the operation, Kenji Dog leads the pack here at CoSydney CoWorking + Project Space.

When he’s not sniffing things out, you’re most likely to find him snoozing in the coworking space, or roaming the ArtSHINE Gallery seeking treats and attention.

It’s a known fact every great workspace is enhanced by a loyal canine companion.

Always ready for a quick walk, or perhaps just a gentle tummy rub, Kenji Dog is here to brighten your day, lick your feet, and put a smile on your face.
