As 2016 draws to an end we look forward to a welcome break and the chance to spend a little time with loved ones, family, and friends.

2016 has been another full, jam-packed year. That’s why it’s so important to us we share our gratitude with you and say a huge thanks for your patronage, support, and connection in the last 12 months.
2017 promises to be even bigger. So take some time over the summer to breathe deep, relax, celebrate and enjoy. We certainly will.
Vinh & I always use the break at this time of year as an opportunity to catch up with friends and family.
Quite separate to all the turkeys, the hams, the fresh prawns, (and Anthony’s amazing Pork Crackling), we also relish the down time as business owners, and we always make the time to review and celebrate what we’ve achieved over the year just gone.
Most importantly, we re-calibrate our goals for the new year and re-focus ourselves, our endeavours, and our enterprise. It’s a practice we’ve been following for a number of years now. Each and every year we do this we find new inspirations, new pathways, and fresh encouragements to help us make the most of the opportunities and the challenges a new year always brings.
We encourage you to take a moment or two during this holiday season to acknowledge and celebrate all you’ve achieved this year too.
